I understand and accept the fact that alpine skiing in its various forms is a hazardous sport, and I realize
that injuries are a common occurrence. I agree, as a condition of being allowed to use the ski area facility, that I freely
accept and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or death or property damage, and release Hidden Valley its owners
and its agents, employees, directors, officers and shareholders from any and all liability for personal injury or property
damage which results in any way from negligence, conditions on or about the premises, the operations of the ski area including,
but not limited to, grooming, snow making, ski lift operations, actions or omissions of employees or agents of the area, or
my participation in skiing, accepting myself the full responsibility. I understand that the skiboot-binding system will not
release at all times or under all circumstances, nor is it possible to predict every situation in which it will release, and
is therefore no guarantee for my safety. I will make no
misrepresentations to Hidden Valley in regard to my height, weight,
age skier or snowboarder type.
Peak Resorts, Inc/Hidden Valley-Rental Equipment Responsibility Agreement:
I understand that I am fully responsible for my rental skis and/or snowboard and that I will not leave the equipment unattended
at anytime, even for one minute, to go to the lodge or for any other reason. I further understand that I should lock up the
equipment at all times. If I do not return the rental equipment by the end of the season, I agree to reimburse Hidden Valley
at the retail value of $400.00 for the loss of equipment and rental revenue thereof. I further agre to reimburse Hidden Valley
up to $250.00 for any damages to the equipment while in my possession.
I, the undersigned, have read and understood
the terms of the above agreement. I am signing this agreement freely and of my own accord, realizing it is binding upon myself,
my heirs and assigns, and in the event that I am signing it on behalf of any minors, that I have full authority to do so,
realizing its binding effect on them as well as myself. As a condition of holding a Season Pass and being permitted to use
the ski area facilities, I further agree to assume all risk of personal injury
or loss or damage to any of my property.
I understand that the Gateway Disabled Ski program may request a state background check.
